Full-Time (Long-Term Contract)
In this role, you will support the cleaning, restoration, and preventative maintenance of 72 air handling units at a dedicated VA hospital site. You will work inside a structured team environment where the focus stays on the operational health of one major facility and the standard stays high from start to finish.
You will work directly with a Superintendent who brings 40+ years of experience, while PM support handles the high-level reporting so you can stay focused on the mechanical work. This position is built for someone who wants serious commercial experience, steady work, and the chance to keep growing inside a company that values professionalism, safety, and strong execution every day.

Though finishing the patheway typically takes 2-3 years, it can move much faster for the right person.
At this stage you will be licensed, have a stronger technical ability, and a bigger role on serious jobs. You take on more responsibility in the field, sharpen your judgment, and get to begin focusing primarily on the sides of hte business that interest you, giving you the opportunity to grow where you want.
This role carries broader ownership over people, jobs, and performance. You help shape the team, support the next generation coming up behind you, and play a part in where the company goes next. By this stage, our goal is to have crafted you into a leader with character, discipline, and a voice inside the business.

You lead the crew, protect quality, communicate clearly on site, and set the tone for safety, consistency, and professionalism. This is where leadership becomes visible in your day-to-day work
