Michael Cecil
Mike Cecil co-founded BlueJacket Industries Materials with Patrick Mullarkey after more than 40 years in heavy civil, commercial, and industrial construction. A Master Plumber, HVAC, Gasfitter, and Class B Master Electrician, Mike helped establish BlueJacket’s foundation of technical expertise and integrity.
An expert in design-build and alternative delivery, Mike has led major projects across the U.S. and abroad. Though no longer involved in day-to-day operations, his leadership and vision continue to guide BlueJacket’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Robert Duvall
Robert brings extensive experience in customer service, operations, team leadership, and business development, with a strong focus on building lasting customer relationships and delivering results. His background includes leadership roles across multi-location operations as well as hands-on experience in commercial HVAC cleaning.
At BlueJacket, he oversees Mechanical & Air Quality Services, working closely with customers and field teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards. He is passionate about developing people, strengthening partnerships, and creating a customer experience built on trust and follow-through.
